Helinorth Ltd is based at Ardmore Airport in Papakura, South Auckland with a large hanger to house all the equipment and aircrafts. Specialising in agricultural spraying and fertiliser spreading for farmers and crop growers in the Northland area.

Our Commercial Operation Helicopters are fitted with specialist equipment that allows us to lift heavy loads including construction material, timber, concrete and metal. Helicopter lifting is a great option if you’re working on hard to access or remote locations

Helicopters

Eurocopter AS350B3E, Jet turbine powered helicopter with over 1400kg on hook lift capacity. Cruise 140Kts, 847Shp. Seating for 5 passengers and also can be fitted with Spray gear for spraying.

Eurocopter AS350B2, Jet turbine powered helicopter with over 1000kg on hook lift capacity. Cruise 125Kts, 732Shp. Seating for 5 passengers and also can be fitted with Spray gear for spraying.

Robinson R66, Great for photography, videography, Survey or Spot charter, seat four passengers, great views from all seats. Cruise 119Kts.

Helinorth helicopters have invested in a wide range of ground support equipment including a Merlo teleloader, a large transporter truck with a 10meter Palfinger crane to move loaders and fertiliser mixing systems. Toyota Landcruisers for carrying support equipment and mobile Jet fuel tankers. All Helinorth helicopters equipment is staffed by highly trained ground support staff that are in constant radio contact with the pilot for safe efficient operations.

Helinorth Helicopters GPS Guidance System and mapping system all agricultural spraying and fertiliser operations are undertaken using Tracmap Flite Pro DGPS Guidance System for accuracy within 1 meter. Farm and forestry maps can be loaded onto DGPS from our Tracmap Flite Pro mapping system reducing the cost to the client.
